About Nadalie G. Ponce
Nadalie G. Ponce is an attorney at Beermann LLP, where she focuses her practice on family law matters, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, and complex financial issues arising from a dissolution of marriage. She is committed to guiding her clients through emotionally and financially challenging situations with clarity, strategic advocacy, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
Nadalie G. Ponce is an Associate at Beermann LLP, where she concentrates her practice in all areas of family law, including complex financial and parenting matters. Having been with the firm since the beginning of her legal career, Nadalie brings a deep familiarity with the firm’s approach and a strong foundation in client advocacy.
Nadalie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. During law school, she distinguished herself as a dedicated and effective advocate, earning recognition as a top defense advocate in a competitive mock trial competition. She also participated in the Beermann LLP Family Law Legal Aid Clinic through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, where she represented individuals who could not otherwise afford legal services under her 711 license. In that role, she gained valuable courtroom experience and developed a strong commitment to advancing access to justice.
Prior to law school, Nadalie graduated from Illinois State University, where she double majored in Legal Studies and Political Science.
Nadalie began her career with Beermann as a law clerk and has worked closely with attorneys across a wide range of family law matters. Through this experience, she has developed practical skills in litigation, client communication, and case strategy, along with a reputation for being diligent, compassionate, and hardworking.
As a first-generation attorney, Nadalie brings a unique perspective and a deep sense of dedication to her clients.
Nadalie is fluent in both English and Spanish.
