About Kaitlin M. Post

Kaitlin M. Post (also known as Katie Dalle Molle) effectively and compassionately counsels clients on a wide range of family law issues in dissolution of marriage and paternity proceedings, including child custody and parenting time, child support and maintenance issues, asset identification and tracing, valuation and disposition of business interests and other property, and post-decree enforcement and modifications. Ms. Post skillfully negotiates on behalf of clients to resolve disputes in mediation and litigates cases in multiple counties depending on the client’s individual circumstances and needs.

She has a particular specialization in negotiating and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, helping clients protect their interests with clarity and care. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Post is actively involved in her community. She serves on the Lake Forest Caucus and volunteers with Bernie’s Book Bank, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting childhood literacy. Ms. Post was previously a board member of the Prisoners’ Rights Research Project, volunteer with Cabrini Green Legal Aid, and member of the Lawyers Lend-a-Hand to Youth Auxiliary Board.
