Jordan Rosenberg, divorce and family law attorney, and the Honorable Abbey Fishman Romanek presented at the “Child Support and Maintenance: 7th Biannual Master Teacher Seminar” hosted by Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE). With nearly 300 people in attendance, they presented on the issue of the “soft-cap” on maintenance and child support and the effect of the recent tax changes.
