Divorce and Family Law Associate Nancy Herrera has completed the 16-hour Collaborative Law Training by Roadmaps for Resolution in conjunction with the Collaborative Family Law Clinic at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.
Collaborative law is a voluntary dispute resolution process where the parties agree to work together in good faith to try to reach a mutually agreeable settlement without the court’s intervention. The collaborative law process empowers divorcing couples by allowing them to control the pace at which the divorce proceeds and provides them with the legal, financial, and emotional support to help them navigate through the process.
