When looking for an attorney, look no further. I had a divorce from hell which I had filed over two years ago and went through four attorneys until I stumbled across Joe. Joe is the consummate professional attorney, who really does care about his client’s best interest. Unlike my previous attorneys, I was able to call Joe on his cell phone if I had any urgent questions or concerns. Joe is knowledgeable, well spoken, takes command of the court room, yet is able to handle delicate situations with “kid- gloves” in order to achieve the best outcome for his clients.

Joseph knows the law and is able to give quick answers. He is very accessible and responds in a timely manner. I was extraordinarily impressed with Joe for many reasons:
1. Joe is clearly extremely knowledgeable with divorce law in the Chicago area.
2. Joe is completely devoted to his client and is available 24/7. A late and long Sunday night stands out in my mind.
3. Joe is very sensitive to his client’s needs and is very calming in his approach.
4. Joe is collaborative in his efforts and will consult with other attorneys in his firm on “gray” issues where there is more than one approach , and debate is valuable.
I would definitely use Joe again without the need of interviewing others, and would give Joe the highest recommendation.

I used him to get my kids back. My child’s mom woke up one day and took my kids to another state and wouldn’t let me see them. I called him and he met with me immediately and got me before a judge. Not only did i get my kids back i was given sole custody of them as well. We was very tentative to my case. He made me feel as if i was his only client. For the first time, I found myself in a situation where I needed a lawyer to attain child support from a very high profile individual. Joe was recommended to me through a good friend and he was excellent to work with. I sent him an initial email and he promptly got back to me to hear an overview of my separation. He really made me feel more at ease with the whole case by explaining every step of the process. He provided honest and realistic feedback so that there were never any surprises. He was readily available to talk whenever I had questions. A few days before the hearing, we reviewed my case together and he was very straightforward with how he was going to defend me. Divorce cases are never easy for any of the parties involved but I would without a doubt recommend Joe to anyone in the future.

Joe was excellent with my case. He was always available to speak to whenever I had any questions regarding my case. Since I don’t live in Illinois, I wasn’t able to go to any of the hearings. Joe went to all the hearings on my behalf and he kept me well informed of all of what went on in the court room. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney to speak on my behalf. I called Mr. Napoli’s office in a last minute effort to get an issue resolved regarding monies owed to me from my landlord. Many others gave me open ended answers with little to no assurance. Joseph is truly one of the best if not the best out there. The divorce process has been very difficult on me emotionally and financially. When I first met Joseph, I had given up on legal representation, initially hiring him just to look over opposing counsel’s proposals. I quickly realized how competent, thorough, and diligent he is to complete this case and complete it in my best interest. At that point, he became my legal representation. He is able to work with my schedule and always responds to my concerns immediately and with respect and care. He even negotiated terms for my case which I thought were not even possible (and I was told unheard of), he made it possible. Also, his friendly and warm demeanor is very helpful when negotiating with opposing counsel and keeping things from getting dramatic. His office staff are very welcoming and accommodating for my children and I. His office is located in a very central location in downtown Chicago and walking distance to the courthouse. Joe also will go on your behalf to represent you in court which can be very helpful if you are a busy professional and/or emotionally exhausted of going into court often. I highly recommend Joseph, it is the best legal decision I’ve ever made.
